Dr Mihaela Lefter will lead an expert session exploring the evolution and future direction of dermal regeneration, challenging traditional concepts of repair and redefining standards for surgical outcomes.This session traces the past, present and future of Integra regeneration therapy, drawing on 25 years of clinical experience across burns, trauma, and oncological resections.

Attendees will gain valuable insights into the real‑world application of Integra and Bilayer Wound Matrix (BTM) within a regional centre, highlighting evidence‑based outcomes, practical considerations, and the expanding role of regenerative technologies in complex reconstruction.
